In today’s digital world, it’s easy to become disconnected from nature. That’s why our early childhood incursions are designed to reconnect children with wildlife, fostering curiosity, empathy, and a deeper understanding of living creatures and their environments.
Our interactive wildlife incursions bring nature directly into your early learning centre, kindergarten or preschool, creating safe, meaningful opportunities for children to see, touch and learn about animals up close.

Children will be captivated and excited to meet a wide range of animals. Our hands-on wildlife presentations engage all their senses through touch, sound and even smell, while introducing them to fascinating facts about each animal’s features, behaviours, needs, life cycles and habitats.
Because young children are naturally inquisitive, these positive, nurturing experiences help them not only learn about animals, but also about themselves — how to care for, respect and safely interact with the world around them.

Each program is tailored to be age-appropriate, fun, and aligned with early childhood learning frameworks, supporting children’s understanding of the natural world and their place within it.
Safe, ethical & expertly guided experiences
All of our animals are hand-reared, bred in captivity, and carefully chosen for their calm nature and suitability to travel. Under the gentle guidance of our qualified wildlife educators and handlers, children learn how to safely touch and handle the animals — ensuring a positive, safe and memorable experience for both the children and the animals.
We are deeply committed to the welfare of our animals, who serve as ambassadors for their wild counterparts. WildlifeXposure maintains the highest ethical standards, prioritising animal care in all our wildlife presentations.
To provide a high-quality, inclusive experience, we limit groups to 30 children per hour session.
We’re flexible and will work with you to create the best program for your needs.
Ideally, we require:
- A clear space for children to sit in a semi-circle
- An area approx 3m x 1m for our animals and displays
- A single set-up area (classroom, hall or undercover space), with children coming to us for each session
We also offer shorter 30-minute sessions for children under 3, when booked alongside standard hour-long presentations.
Bookings can be made by phone or email. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a written booking confirmation and invoice.
- Payment is due on the day of the incursion by credit card or direct transfer.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your booking date by email to info@wildlifexposure.com.au, or full charges will apply.
